How We Collaborate With You

While the specific content changes from client to client, our process typically follows a methodical trajectory:

  1. Interview all key stakeholders on the team to determine individual and team needs

  2. EQi assessments of stakeholders to identify areas for development

  3. Debrief everyone to help them understand what info is about

  4. Propose plan for individual and team coaching to accomplish team goals

  5. Implement plan via practice pods, 1-1 coaching, team facilitation, webinars, etc. to provide structure and accountability for skill development

  6. Ongoing debriefs, feedback and Q&A sessions

  7. Frequent milestones/check-ins to ensure that progress is being made

  8. Program insights & retrospective analysis

  9. Follow Up Implementation Plan
