EXLI For Individuals

We work with individuals in a series of private, one-to-one training sessions, designed to help you cultivate specific skills. This is not psychotherapy; it is leadership skill-building.  Together we assess what you wish to change, explore strategies for cultivating skills/competency, and work on a concrete plan to achieve a specific set of goals.

We work with highly-functioning people who are fully capable of achieving their goals, but simply need some structure, support and guidance.

What Is Our Process?

Just like an athlete in training, the specifics of how we work together depend on your goals and needs.  No matter what your background or future goals, we typically go through the following 4 stages:

1. Assessment

At this stage we answer the question "What's going on for you right now that's preventing you from consistently acting in alignment with your goals?"  In addition to a 1-1 conversation, we also use a variety of tools [such as EQi 2.0, Values Discovery] to benchmark your needs. 

2. Goal Setting

At this stage we answer the question "What exactly is it that you would like to be different in your life?"  We get very specific about [video: SMART Goals] what you're trying to accomplish and what it's going to take to get there.

3. Knowledge-building

At this stage we answer the question "What do you need to learn in order to be able to accomplish your goals?"  Understanding how our brain and body works, and why we do what we do is key to cultivating wisdom, patience and compassion throughout your process.

4. Skill-building

At this stage we answer the question "What specific skills do you need in order to be able to accomplish your goals?" Having just a conceptual or intellectual understanding does us no good if we can't translate this knowledge into consistent action/behaviors.  In order to cultivate self-mastery we need to practice alot.

How Much Of My Time Will This Take?

After our initial assessment and goal setting sessions (60 minutes each) you will be asked to spend at least 5 to 20 minutes daily to execute your action-plan over a 6 week period.  In addition to daily exercises you will also have a weekly 60 minute, 1-1 meeting (online or in-person) with your EXLI guide.

How Much Does It Cost?

We typically schedule clients into a six week program, which costs between $1,150 - $1,750 (price difference depends on level of weekly support) and includes:

  • EQi 2.0

  • EQi debrief (60 minutes)

  • Goal Setting session (60 minutes)

  • Access to all online trainings and exercises/tools

  • Weekly 1-1 check-in via video conference call (60 minutes)

Where Do The Meetings Take Place?

Usually, on the phone or by video conference. We work with clients from all over the world.
